As a therapist, I’ve had the privilege of working with many women navigating life in their thirties, who also happen to be single. And let me tell you, the challenges that come with this life stage are real. Whether it’s societal expectations, the pressure of the biological clock, or the internal dialogue that questions their worth, being over thirty and single often feels like you’re walking a tightrope.

I’m excited to be co-leading this group with Emily, who has faced and continues to work through many of these struggles herself. She’s passionate about helping others navigate similar challenges. Together, we’re creating a space for women to connect, share their experiences, and develop the emotional tools to deal with what can be a challenging yet growthful time in their lives. Let’s dive into it.

Together, we’ll work on…

  • Thriving rather than waiting
  • The fear of falling behind
  • The weight of social and family expectations
  • The biological clock
  • The shame of being single
  • Navigating dating
  • Shifting the internal narrative
  • Building community
  • And more…
