WOMEN'S PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT GROUP OFFERED ONLINE

Join this initiative launched by Ann Green, Psych NP alongside her colleague, Kathleen Calabro, managing partner at a global consulting firm, aimed at creating a supportive space for women to navigate and overcome workplace challenges. Their combined skills and experience will offer both mentorship and emotional support.

In today's work environment, we often encounter hurdles and obstacles that can often feel isolating. Recognizing the importance of solidarity and mutual support, we've initiated this coaching group to provide a platform where women can come together to share experiences, insights, and strategies for success.

The group will offer an inclusive space where members can discuss a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:

  • Navigating workplace dynamics
  • Work-life balance
  • Overcoming imposter syndrome
  • Building confidence and resilience
  • Dealing with workplace biases and stereotypes
  • Advocating for yourself
  • Mastering relational tools needed for growth

Your unique perspective and experiences would be invaluable additions to our discussions.

The 4-week pilot coaching group starts Thursday, July 11 and will meet weekly on Thursdays through August 1, from 7-8:30pm ET.

If you're interested please book a 15-minute phone conversation with Ann by clicking the "Book Now" button at the top of this page.  Ann would be more than happy to provide further details and discuss how you can get involved.
